About Our Church
Learn about our history, mission, values, and the people who make up our church family.
A Legacy of Faith Since 2002
Calvary Assembly was founded in 2002 by a small group of faithful believers committed to establishing a place of worship in our community. What began as a modest gathering in a local schoolhouse has grown into a vibrant church family dedicated to sharing God's love.
Throughout our history, we have remained committed to the historic Christian faith while adapting to meet the needs of each generation. Our church has weathered world wars, economic depressions, and social changes, standing as a beacon of hope and stability in changing times.
Today, we continue to build on the foundation laid by those who came before us, honoring our traditions while embracing new ways to share the timeless message of the Gospel in our community and beyond.

Mission & Vision
Our Mission
To glorify God by making disciples who love God, love one another, and serve the world with the transforming message of Jesus Christ.
Our Vision
To be a vibrant community of faith where people encounter Christ, grow in their relationship with God and each other, and are equipped to share God's love in word and deed.
What We Believe
As a church, we are rooted in the historic Christian faith, expressed through Scripture, tradition, and reason.
Scripture
We believe the Bible is the inspired, infallible Word of God and our ultimate authority for faith and practice. Both Old and New Testaments were written by divine inspiration and serve as our unchangeable guide for teaching and life.
Trinity
We believe in one God, eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each person of the Trinity is fully God, equal in power and glory, yet working in distinct roles for our salvation and God's purposes.
Salvation
We believe salvation comes through repentance and faith in Jesus Christ alone. Through His death and resurrection, Jesus provides complete redemption from sin for all who believe, not by human works but by God's grace.
Holy Spirit
We believe the Holy Spirit is God's active presence in believers' lives, empowering Christian living and ministry. He teaches, guides, and transforms believers into Christ's image through His sanctifying work.
Divine Healing
We believe God still heals today through prayer and faith in Jesus Christ, who bore our infirmities and carried our sorrows. Through His stripes we can receive physical, emotional, and spiritual healing
Christ's Return
We believe in the visible, personal return of Jesus Christ to earth. This blessed hope motivates us to holy living, watchfulness, and sharing the gospel with urgency.
